• Thirsk 10 - 27th March (this is the re-arranged date from 2010 but entries are still open and original entries have been carried over)

  Unfortunately the Pennine 5k is not being run this year and will be replaced with the Doncaster 5k on Wed 13 July. Enter any of the races (there is a vets race as well) and points will be awarded on a time basis.

Rules & Championships for 2011

Road Championship.

• Best 4 short races and best 2 long races.
• Separate male and female championship.
• Winners must have completed a minimum of 4 short and 2 long races.
• If a tie occurs the point’s total of the other championship races not counted within the tied total will be the deciding factor.

Short Race Road Championship. (New championship)

• Highest total points score across the 8 short races.
• Separate male and female championship.
• No minimum number of races.

Long Race Road Championship. (New championship)

• Highest total points score across the 4 long races.
• Separate male and female championship.
• No minimum number of races.

Points.

• 20 for highest placed Holmfirth Harrier, 19 for second highest placed Holmfirth Harrier and so on
